MEET JAZMIN M. ALLEN, ESQ.

Business Lawyer & Brand Publicist

My name is Jazmin M. Allen, Esq., and I am the CEO and Founder of Brand Better With Jaz and Owner and Principal Attorney of JMA LAW. As a native of Delaware, and daughter to philanthropists Dr. Julius and Natasha Mullen, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. My passions include fostering unity among women, educating business owners on the importance of protecting their brands and assets, and helping people discover their voice and powerfully communicate their story. I am also the Executive Director of King’s Daughters Connect, Inc., where I help young women discover their purpose by providing them opportunities to serve. Additionally, I graduated from Regent University School of Law in August 2020 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in April 2021 as a licensed attorney.

In 2017, I earned my B.A. degree in Communications and Public Relations from Old Dominion University, where I gained extensive experience in designing digital graphics, creating video productions, and starting my own brands from the ground-up. I effectively expand my brand “Journey With Jaz” through motivational speaking on YouTube, Instagram Reels and TikToks, and engaging with my international community. 

I also serve as a Board Member to Black Brand, the Black Chamber of Commerce, and provide legal services as a consultant to the businesses Black Brand serves.

I am a proud member of Kingdom Embassy Ministries in Norfolk, VA, where I continue to grow my faith in Jesus Christ. As the wife of Andre Allen, and mother to Kamari Allen, I continually strive to find balance in my faith, family and entrepreneurial journey. I consider myself the embodiment of a powerhouse woman, making my mark in the public relations industry while establishing my business law practice.
